[PROPOSED] ORDER GRANTING PLAINTIFFS' MOTION FOR APPOINTMENT AS GUARDIAN AD LITEM Plaintiffs have demonstrated that the Embryo Plaintiffs should be represented by a guardian ad litem and that Nightlight Christian Adoptions is a suitable guardian. Therefore, the Court finds that Plaintiffs' Motion for Appointment as Guardian ad Litem should be GRANTED.
