MOTION & NOTICE OF VOLUNTARY DISMISSAL
The plaintiffs, move to dismiss, and give notice of the voluntary dismissal of the
above captioned case against all defendants. The parties to this case have moved for an
amicable resolution of the dispute. At the time of this filing before the Court an attorney
has not made an appearance on behalf of any of the defendants. The defendants have not
filed an answer or any motions, dispositive or otherwise, before the Court. There are no
outstanding disputes between the plaintiffs and defendants.
