1. I submit this declaration

in support of Defendant's motion that the Court permit me

pro ltac vice in the above-entitled action.

2. I am a member of Epstein Becker & Green, P.C. ("EBG"), 250 Park Avenue, New

I am the attorney at EBG who

was primarily responsible for representing Defendant in the prior administrative proceedings
related to this action at the U.S. Equal EmploĦiment Opportunity Commission ("EEOC").

3. I am a member in good standing of the New York and New Jersey bars. I am
eligible to practice before the following courts: U.S. Supreme Court; U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Second, Third and Ninth Circuits; and U.S. District Courts for the Southern District of New
