The above-titled matter is before this Court on Plaintiffs' Motion for Appointment of Interim Class Counsel Pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 23(g). Based on the memoranda and all of the files submitted therewith, the Court makes the following: ORDER 1. Plaintiffs Motion for Appointment as Interim Class Counsel is GRANTED. The Court appoints Charles LaDuca as Interim Lead Counsel, and Clayton Halunen, Charles Schaffer and Michael McShane as Interim Class Counsel.
