v.

Judge Beryl A. Howell
H&R BLOCK, INC.;
2SS HOLDINGS, INC.; and
TA IX L.P.,
Defendants.
UNOPPOSED MOTION TO ENLARGE PERIOD FOR
PLAINTIFF TO FILE TRIAL EXHIBITS
Pursuant to Local Rule 16.4 and Paragraph 34 of the Court’s July 6, 2011, Joint
Scheduling and Case Management Order, the United States respectfully requests that the Court
extend the date for the United States to file its trial exhibits from August 18, 2011, to August 19,
2011. Despite its best efforts to meet the August 18 deadline, the United States did not receive
copies of the trial exhibits from its vendor in sufficient time to file documents that are subject to
the Stipulated Protective Order entered by this Court on June 15, 2011 under seal. The United
States has conferred with Defendants, and Defendants do not oppose the Motion.
