MOTION FOR ADMISSION PRO HAC VICE FOR ERIC J. STOCK
______________________________________________________________________________

I, Corey W. Roush, a member of the Bar of the District of Columbia and counsel for
defendants H&R Block, Inc., 2SS Holdings, Inc., and TA IX L.P. on their behalf, move this Court
for the entry of an order admitting Attorney Eric J. Stock pro hac vice for the purposes of
representing defendants in this action. In support of this motion, I state as follows:
1.

I am a member in good standing of the Bar of this Court.

2.

As set forth in the Declaration of Eric J. Stock accompanying this Motion and

attached as Exhibit A hereto, Attorney Stock is licensed to practice before the Bar of New York,
before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and before the
United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit.
3.

Attorney Stock’s address is 875 Third Avenue, New York, NY 10022;

4.

Attorney Stock is a member in good standing and eligible to practice in each

jurisdiction and court to which he has been admitted. He has never been disciplined by any bar.
5.

Attorney Stock does not recall ever having been admitted pro hac vice in this Court.

6.

Attorney Stock does not engage in the practice of law from an office located in

the District of Columbia.
7.

I will be actively associated with Attorney Stock during the pendency of this

matter.
8.

In accordance with Local Civil Rule 7(c), a proposed order is included herewith

as Exhibit B.

WHEREFORE, in conjunction with Attorney Stock, I, Corey W. Roush, respectfully
request that this Court:
A.

Grant this motion; and

B.

Grant such other and further relief as the Court deems just and proper.
