ORDER
Upon Consideration of the Defendant’s Consent Motion for Enlargement of Time to File a
Motion for Summary Judgment and to Amend the Court’s October 11, 2011 Scheduling Order, for
good cause shown, and the entire record herein, it is hereby ORDERED that the motion is
GRANTED.
It is further ORDERED that the briefing schedule set by the Court’s Scheduling Order is
amended to reflect the following deadlines:
(1)

Defendant’s motion for summary judgment is due by February 6, 2012.

(2)

Plaintiff’s opposition to the motion for summary judgment is due by March 9, 2012.

(3)

Defendant’s reply to the motion for summary judgment will be due by March 23,
2012.
