ORDER

Upon Consideration of the Plaintiff’s Consent Motion for Enlargement of Time to File a Motion
in Opposition to Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment and to Amend the Court’s January
19, 2012 Minute Order, for good cause shown, and the entire record herein, it is hereby
ORDERED that the motion is GRANTED.
It is further ORDERED that the briefing schedule set by the Court’s Minute Order is amended to
reflect the following deadlines:
(1) Plaintiff’s opposition to the motion for summary judgment is due by April 9, 2012.
(2) Defendant’s reply to the motion for summary judgment will be due by April 30, 2012.
