ORDER ESTABLISHING BRIEFING SCHEDULE
The Court, having considered the government’s motion to establish a briefing schedule,
for good cause shown,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:
The governmental defendants’ motion to establish briefing schedule is GRANTED; and it
is FURTHER ORDERED that:
On October 18, 2011, the government’s consolidated response to plaintiffs’ preliminary
injunction and summary judgment motions, the government’s dispositive motion, and the
administrative record shall be filed;
On November 18, 2011, plaintiffs’ consolidated reply in support of their motions and
opposition to government’s dispositive motion shall be filed; and
On December 19, 2011, the government reply in support of its dispositive motion shall be
filed.
