This matter having come before the Court on the unopposed motion of movants
Association of National Advertisers, Inc. and American Advertising Federation, for leave to file
a brief as amici curiae in support of Plaintiffs, and the Court being sufficiently advised,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the motion is GRANTED and that movants may file an
amici curiae brief, and it is FURTHER ORDERED that movants’ amicus curiae brief filed
November 18, 2011, and re-filed November 22, 2011, under cover of the above-referenced
motion for leave pursuant to instruction of the Court, shall be deemed timely filed.
