Plaintiff,
v.

and DEUTSCHE TELEKOM AG,

STATUS REPORT ON
STIPULATED SCHEDULING AND CASE-MANAGEMENT ORDER
Plaintiff, the United States of America, in response to the Court’s September 6, 2011 Minute
Order files the attached proposed Stipulated Scheduling and Case-Management Order on behalf
of Plaintiffs and Defendants in lieu of a LCvR 16.3 report. (As the Court is probably aware, the
United States filed an Amended Complaint adding several states and have therefore added them
to the caption.)
The parties have reached agreement on all aspects of the proposed Order, except an actual
trial date, which impacts the intervening dates. Plaintiffs propose Monday, March 19, 2012 to be
ready for trial, while Defendants propose Monday, January 16, 2012. The parties are prepared to
address their differences on timing at the status conference scheduled for September 21, 2011,
along with the other issues raised in the Court’s Minute Order.
Dated this 16th day of September 2011.
Respectfully submitted,
FOR PLAINTIFF UNITED STATES OF AMERICA:
