APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION TO PRACTICE PRO HAC VICE
DANIEL S. BITTON hereby declares as follows:
1. My name is Daniel Shalom Bitton and I submit this declaration in support of my
application, pursuant to Local Rule 83.2(d), for admission to practice pro

hac vice.

2. I am an associate with the law firm of Axinn, Veltrop & Harkrider LLP, which represents
non-party Google Inc. in the above-captioned matter. If I am admitted to practice

pro hac

vice, Twill enter my appearance on behalf of Google Inc. along with Michael L. Keeley, a
member in good standing of the Bar of this Court and partner at the law firm of Axinn,
Veltrop & Harkrider. I understand that, pursuant to Local Rule 812(c)(1), Mr. Keeley
