UNOPPOSED MOTION TO WITHRAW APPEARANCE OF COUNSEL
Pursuant to Local Civil Rule 83.6 (c), undersigned counsel moves to withdraw her
appearance as counsel for plaintiff United States of America. Undersigned counsel has resigned
from the Department of Justice, effective October 21, 2011. Although a trial date has been set in
this matter, this withdrawal will not unduly delay trial of the case, or be unfairly prejudicial to
any party because numerous qualified counsel have entered their appearances on behalf of
plaintiff United States. Pursuant to LCvR 7(m), I have conferred with opposing counsel, and
they do not oppose this motion.
