[PROPOSED] ORDER DENYING SPRINT’S MOTION TO QUASH SUBPOENA
Upon review and consideration of Sprint Nextel Corp.’s Motion To Quash Subpoena and
AT&T Inc.’s opposition thereto, it is this ______ day of ______________ 2011 hereby
ORDERED that the motion is DENIED; and it is further
ORDERED that Sprint Nextel Corp. comply with the terms of AT&T Inc.’s Rule 45
Subpoena and immediately provide AT&T Inc. with any and all information responsive to the
Subpoena requests, as those requests have been modified as delineated in the Table attached as
Exhibit A to AT&T’s opposition.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
