DECLARATION OF KENNETH R. O’ROURKE IN SUPPORT OF
APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION TO PRACTICE PRO HAC VICE
KENNETH R. O’ROURKE hereby declares as follows:
1. My name is Kenneth R. O’Rourke and I submit this declaration in support of my
application, pursuant to Local Rule 83.2(d), for admission to practice pro hac
vice.
2. I am a partner with the law firm of O’Melveny & Myers LLP, which represents
Defendants Deutsche Telekom AG and T-Mobile USA, Inc. in the abovecaptioned matter. If I am admitted to practice pro hac vice, I will enter my
appearance on behalf of T-Mobile USA, Inc. and Deutsche Telekom AG along
with Courtney Dyer, a member in good standing of the Bar of this Court and
counsel at the law firm of O’Melveny & Myers LLP. I understand that, pursuant
to Local Rule 83.2(c)(1), Ms. Dyer must co-sign any paper I submit in this action.
3. My office is located at 400 South Hope Street, Los Angeles, CA 90071. My

4. I am a member in good standing of the Bar of the State of California, as well as
the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Courts of Appeal for the Federal Circuit, the

Ninth Circuit, and all federal District Courts in California.
5. I have never been disciplined by any bar, court or bar association.
6. I have not been admitted pro hac vice in this court within the last two years.
7. Although my law firm has an office within the District of Columbia, I do not
practice law from that office (aside from work on the captioned case), or any
other office within the District of Columbia.
8. I am familiar with the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and the Local Rules of
this Court.
