Pursuant to Local Civil Rule 83.2(d), Movant Steven C. Sunshine, an attorney admitted
to the Bar of this Court and in good standing, respectfully moves for the admission of Matthew P.
Hendrickson pro hac vice as co-counsel for Plaintiff Sprint Nextel Corporation in the abovecaptioned matter. As grounds, therefore, Movant states:
