Plaintiff Nokia Corporation’s (“Nokia”) opposition to the third party witnesses’ motion to quash came before this Court on June 3, 2011. After consideration of the briefs and all other matters presented to the Court, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the third party witnesses’ motion to quash is denied and Messrs. Robert Sterne, Glenn Perry, Richard Coller, and Salvador Bezos shall appear for depositions on July 11, 12, 13, and 14, 2011, at Alston + Bird’s Washington D.C. offices.
