Injunction Order Of December 16, 2013, the Court, having considered same, and all papers and
argument in connection therewith, finds as follows:
IT IS HEREBY:
ORDERED: that the Plaintiff’s Motion To Remove Stay On Preliminary Injunction
Order Of December 16, 2013 is hereby GRANTED. It is hereby ORDERED that the stay
imposed by the Order of December 13, 2013 is hereby removed and the preliminary injunction
shall now be in full force and effect.
