[PROPOSED] ORDER GRANTING
PLAINTIFFS’ MOTION FOR PARTIAL SUMMARY JUDGMENT
Plaintiffs have moved this Court for an order granting them partial summary judgment on
their Fourth Amendment claim. In support of their motion, plaintiffs submitted a Statement of
Material Facts. Upon consideration of Plaintiffs’ Motion, the Court concludes that the Fourth
Amendment claim may be decided on summary judgment.
THEREFORE it is this ____ day of __________, 2014, ORDERED that Plaintiffs’
Motion for Partial Summary Judgment is granted. The Court hereby enters a permanent
injunction against each of the Defendants on Plaintiffs’ Fourth Amendment claim.
