Upon consideration of Plaintiffs’ Motion for Extension of Time To Certify Class Action
and the Verizon Defendants’ Opposition to Plaintiffs’ Fourth Motion for Extension of Time To
Certify Class Action, it is hereby ORDERED that the Motion is DENIED with respect to
Plaintiffs’ claims against the Verizon defendants.
