The above-captioned cases are before the Court on Plaintiffs’ Motions for Leave to File

No. 79, 13-851; ECF No. 58, 13-881). The Court having considered the parties’ respective
submissions in support of and in opposition to Plaintiffs’ motions,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

Plaintiffs’ Motions for Leave to File Surreplies are hereby DENIED.

2.

Plaintiffs’ surreplies, including Exhibit 1 to Plaintiffs’ second motion for leave to

file a surreply, shall be stricken from the record in this action.

3.

Plaintiffs’ Motion to Supplement the Record is hereby DENIED.

4.
