shown, this Court GRANTS Defendant-Counterclaimant’s Motion for Summary Judgment. The
Court DENIES Plaintiff-Counterdefendants’ Motion for Summary Judgment and Permanent
Injunction.
The Court further GRANTS Defendant-Counterclaimant’s Request for Judicial Notice.
