[PROPOSED] ORDER GRANTING JOINT MOTION TO HOLD CASE IN ABEYANCE
THIS CAUSE comes before the Court upon the parties’ Joint Motion to Hold Case in
Abeyance.
UPON CONSIDERATION of the parties’ Motion, the reasons set forth therein, and the
other pleadings filed in this case, the Court hereby GRANTS the parties’ Motion. This case shall be
held in abeyance for one-hundred twenty (120) days, to April 8, 2019, at which time the parties will
file a joint status report with the Court or dismiss the litigation, as appropriate.
