PLAINTIFF’S UNOPPOSED MOTION TO CONTINUE
THE STATUS CONFERENCE OF SEPTEMBER 5, 2013
Plaintiff Securities and Exchange Commission moves the Court to continue the Status
Conference currently scheduled for September 5, 2013, to September 6 or 9, 2013. As cause for
the motion, the Commission states as follows:
On August 27, 2013, the Court entered an Order setting a Status Conference on
September 5, 2013 (DE 1055). Because September 5th falls on the Jewish holiday of Rosh
Hashanah, which undersigned counsel for the Commission observes, the undersigned
respectfully moves the Court to continue the Status Conference to September 6 or 9, 2013, or to
another date convenient to the Court.
Certification of Compliance with Local Rule 3.01(g)
Counsel for the Commission consulted with counsel for the Receiver who indicated he
does not oppose the relief requested in this motion, and is available on those dates.
WHEREFORE for the foregoing reasons, the Commission respectfully requests the Court
to continue the Status Conference currently scheduled for September 5, 2013, to September 6 or
9, 2013 or to a date convenient to the Court.
Date: August 27, 2013
Respectfully submitted,
