See photo below. They've negligently caused damages in excess of the reasonable and necessary damages resulting from its operations and have destroyed our roads, driving on them when soaked ruts the roads and they stay that way until graded and graveled. They can either 1) regrade the roads fix the damage and let them dry and stay off them when wet, or 2) they can regrade and gravel them and make them all weather. We have gravel on the property for sale. We call it Rainy Valley as a joke. Its dry 99% of the time. We stay off them when wet for this very reason. The roads were graded to drain off to one side. Once rutted, they hold water instead of it flowing off to the side, and get worse over time. The well site is almost two miles off the paved road 2228. Only the first 1/4 mile is graveled and all weather. So, let me know how you want to handle it, 1) or 2). 1 Next issue, as we circulate the oil money release, I was made aware that there is gas sales proceeds as well. Do you know if TransOil is the purchaser of the gas holding proceeds, did you get the gas money or if there is another third party who received the gas sales proceeds? John 2 3 John H. Carney John H.
