NOTICE OF FILING AMENDED EXHIBIT E TO RECEIVER’S MOTION TO
(1) APPROVE DETERMINATIONS AND PRIORITY OF CLAIMS, (2) POOL
RECEIVERSHIP ASSETS AND LIABILITIES, (3) APPROVE PLAN OF
DISTRIBUTION, AND (4) ESTABLISH OBJECTION PROCEDURE
On March 7, 2019, the Receiver filed his Motion to (1) Approve Determinations and
Priority of Claims, (2) Pool Receivership Assets and Liabilities, (3) Approve Plan of
Distribution, and (4) Establish Objection Procedure (the “Motion”) (Doc. 1383). Attached to
the Motion were numerous exhibits. The Receiver is filing an amended version of Exhibit E
to the Motion to correct a clerical error with respect to Claim Number 93. Specifically, the

original Exhibit E (which lists Allowed In Part Investor Claims) omitted a claim from an
investor – Claim Number 93. The attached amended Exhibit E corrects this error. In all
other respects, the amended Exhibit E is identical to the original Exhibit E.
