NOTICE OF PUBLICATION REGARDING
SALE OF ASSETS OF QUEST ENERGY MANAGEMENT GROUP, INC.
On July 24, 2019, Burton W. Wiand, as receiver (the “Receiver”) for Quest Energy
Management Group, Inc. (“Quest”) filed his Verified Motion For Approval Of Private Sale
Of Assets Of Quest Energy Management Group, Inc. (the “Motion”). Doc. 1403. A notice
of the proposed sale was attached as Exhibit 3 to the Motion.
On July 26, 2019, the Receiver published the notice in the Abilene Reporter-News,
which is regularly issued and of general circulation in the district where Quest is located. A

certificate of publication is attached as Exhibit A. The Receiver will file a second notice in
approximately 10 days indicating whether any party has submitted a “bona fide offer”
pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2001(b).
