TO RECEIVER’S MOTION TO OVERRULE OBJECTION TO CLAIM 17
On August 16, 2019, the Receiver filed his Motion to Overrule Objection to Claim 17 (the
“Motion”) (Doc. 1412). Several exhibits were attached to the motion. On August 28, 2019, the
Court struck Exhibits 1 and 5 because they contained unredacted personal information. Doc. 1414.
The Court directed the Receiver to redact and refile the exhibits. Id. In compliance with the
Court’s order, redacted Exhibits 1 and 5 are attached to this notice.
