The Plaintiffs' Amended Complaint is due on or before July 13, 2007 [DE 130],

which allows the undersigned insufficient time to properly prepare same, given other federal court deadlines in other federal and state court matters that were pending prior to this deadlines. 3. The undersigned has contacted counsel for the Defendants who have agreed to an

extension of time of up to and including July 25, 2007 to file the Amended Complaint. 4. This extension of time is made in god faith and not for the purpose of delay.

WHEREFORE, the Plaintiffs, Renee Blaszkowski et al., respectfully request this Court to enter an Order enlarging the time for the Plaintiffs to file the Amended Complaint up to and including July 25, 2007 and for all other relief that this Court deems just and proper.
