Attorney Farmani was admitted pro hac vice in this Action by order of the Court

dated May 6, 2008. (D.E. 363.) 2. Attorney Farmani is no longer employed with the firm of Henderson & Caverly

LLP and will no longer provide representation to Natura. 3. Kristen E. Caverly, Esquire of Henderson & Caverly LLP, and Jeffrey S. York,

Esquire and Michael M. Giel, Esquire of McGuireWoods LLP, will continue to appear as counsel for Natura.
