The Court has carefully considered the Stipulation and the pertinent portions of the record. Accordingly, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. Defendant Natura Pet Products, Inc., shall have until December 23, 2008

to file any responses in opposition to the Motion for Class Certification. 2. Plaintiffs shall have until January 16, 2009 to file their reply in support of

the Motion for Class Certification. 3. Defendant Natura Pet Products, Inc., shall have until December 23, 2008

to file any responses in opposition to the Motion for Reconsideration to Add and/or Substitute Arna Cortazzo as a Plaintiff/Class Representative.

Plaintiffs shall have until January 16, 2009 to file their reply in support of
