UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT SOUTHERN DISTRICT OF FLORIDA MIAMI DIVISION CASE NO. 07-21221-CIV-ALTONAGA/BROWN RENEE BLASZKOWSKI, et al., individually and on behalf of others similarly situated, Plaintiffs, vs. MARS, INCORPORATED, et al., Defendants. ___________________________________ ORDER THIS CAUSE came before the Court upon the Parties' Stipulation to Enlargement of Deadlines For Natura Pet Products, Inc.'s Responses in Opposition to the Motion for Class Certification and the Motion for Reconsideration to Add and/or Substitute Arna Cortazzo as a Plaintiff/Class Representative, and to Extend Deadlines for Plaintiffs to File Replies to Natura's Responses. The Court has carefully considered the Stipulation and the pertinent portions of the record. Accordingly, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. Defendant Natura Pet Products, Inc., shall have until December 23, 2008 to file any responses in opposition to the Motion for Class Certification. 2. Plaintiffs shall have until January 16, 2009 to file their reply in support of the Motion for Class Certification. 3. Defendant Natura Pet Products, Inc., shall have until December 23, 2008 to file any responses in opposition to the Motion for Reconsideration to Add and/or Substitute Arna Cortazzo as a Plaintiff/Class Representative. 4. Plaintiffs shall have until January 16, 2009 to file their reply in support of the Motion for Reconsideration to Add and/or Substitute Arna Cortazzo as a Plaintiff/Class Representative.
