PLAINTIFF'S MOTION FOR LEAVE TO AMEND COMES NOW plaintiff, John B. Thompson, hereinafter Thompson, as an attorney on his own behalf, and moves this court for leave to amend his complaint herein, with the third amended complaint tendered herewith, stating: 1. Plaintiff apologizes for leave to file this new Third Amended Complaint, but he does so before a ruling has occurred on the version filed this past Friday. 2. This new version an additional form of declaratory relief arising out of The Bar's decidedly non-government-like actitivities.
