Reconsideration filed by the Defendant Crompton. [D.E. 204-2]. Pursuant to the request of the

Court, this documents is being filed, since we it was referred to during the course of the hearing held
on June 7, 2011 on the Defendant Crompton’s Motion for Reconsideration.
