The parties’ Joint Motion to Extend Non-Expert Discovery Deadline and Expert Witness Report Deadline is GRANTED. 2. The following deadlines set forth in the Order Setting Pretrial and Trial Dates, [ECF No. 39] are modified as follows: DATE ACTION September 30, 2011 All non-expert discovery shall be completed CASE NO. 10-CV-22236-ASG September 30, 2011 3. The parties shall comply with S.D. Fla.L.R. 16.1 K concerning the exchange of expert witness summaries and reports All other dates and requirements in the Order Setting Pretrial Dates and Trial Dates and Deadlines [ECF No. 39] and the Order Granting Parties’ Joint Motion to Extend Pre-Trial and Trial Deadlines [ECF No. 229] not revised herein, or by court order, shall remain in full force and effect.
