This matter is before the Court upon the parties’ Joint Motion to Extend NonExpert Discovery Deadline and Expert Witness Report Deadline. Having reviewed the
Motion, record, and being otherwise duly advised that the parties have agreed upon A
non-expert discovery deadline and an expert witness report deadline, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:

The parties’ Joint Motion to Extend Non-Expert Discovery Deadline and Expert
Witness Report Deadline is GRANTED.
2.
The following deadlines set forth in the Order Setting Pretrial and Trial Dates,
[ECF No. 39] are modified as follows:

to Extend Pre-Trial and Trial Deadlines [ECF No. 229] not revised herein, or by
court order, shall remain in full force and effect.
