SETTLEMENT FUND FOR THE ADDITIONAL COSTS OF NOTICE
Upon review of Plaintiffs’ Motion for Miscellaneous Relief, it is hereby ORDERED as
follows:
1.

The Court approves payment of the balance owed to the Settlement

Administrator, in the amount of $340,898.18 for additional claims processing costs and
additional costs of re-mailing postcard notices and claim form packages, which is to be paid from
the Settlement Fund.
