APPLE INC., Counterclaim Plaintiff, v. MOTOROLA, INC. and MOTOROLA MOBILITY, INC., Counterclaim Defendants. [PROPOSED] AMENDED SCHEDULING ORDER   Before the Court is the Joint Motion for Amended Scheduling Order filed by Apple Inc. (“Apple”) and Motorola Inc. and Motorola Mobility, Inc. (“Motorola”). This Court having considered the motion and all other relevant factors, it is herby ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that: 1 The Motion is GRANTED. The following deadlines shall replace and supersede the corresponding deadlines previously set in this Court's February 1, 2011 Scheduling Order For Pretrial Conference and Trial and this Court's May 27, 2011 Modified Scheduling Order: a. January 27, 2012: the Parties will exchange Opening Expert Reports. b. February 24, 2012: the Parties will exchange Rebuttal Expert Reports. c. March 23, 2012: Close of expert discovery. All Expert depositions shall be completed by this date. d. April 6, 2012: the Parties will file Motions for Summary Judgment. e. May 2, 2012: the Parties will file all pretrial motions other than Motions in Limine. f. May 30, 2012: the Parties will file Final Rule 26 Disclosures. g. June 13, 2012: the Parties will file all Motions in Limine.
