(“Brief”) under seal pursuant to the Court’s March 23, 2011 Protective Order. Page 21 of that
Brief contained two diagrams in color, but the as-submitted version of the Brief was solely in
black-and-white. Attached hereto is an in-color version of page 21 of the Brief. Because page
21 of the Brief does not contain confidential, proprietary information of either Apple or Motorola
Mobility, Inc., it is not being filed here under seal.
