Ed:
Confirming our discussion earlier this week, we both agreed that the infringement contentions that we
each will serve today in the Western District of Wisconsin case (10-CV-662) will identify the asserted
claims and accused products for each patent. We futher agreed that we will each provide detailed
infringement contentions, including element-by-element claim charts as responses to our respective
infringement contention interrogatories (Apple's Interrogatory No. 1 and Motorola's Interrogatory No.
