JURY TRIAL DEMANDED APPLE INC., Defendant. APPLE INC., Counterclaim Plaintiff, v. MOTOROLA, INC. and MOTOROLA MOBILITY, INC., Counterclaim Defendants. [PROPOSED] AMENDED SCHEDULING ORDER   Before the Court is the Joint Motion for Amended Scheduling Order filed by Apple Inc. (“Apple”) and Motorola Solutions, Inc. and Motorola Mobility, Inc. (“Motorola”). This Court having considered the motion and all other relevant factors, it is hereby ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that: The Motion is GRANTED. The following deadlines shall replace and supersede the corresponding deadlines previously set in this Court's February 1, 2011 Scheduling Order For Case No. 1:10cv023580-Civ-RNS Pretrial Conference and Trial, this Court's May 27, 2011 Modified Scheduling Order, and this Court's September 14, 2011 Order on Joint Motion for Amended Scheduling Order: a. February 10, 2012: Deadline for the end of fact discovery (except interrogatories and requests for admission shall be governed by the prior January 17, 2012 deadline for close of fact discovery). b. February 17, 2012: the Parties will exchange Opening Expert Reports. c. March 16, 2012: the Parties will exchange Rebuttal Expert Reports. d. April 13, 2012: Close of expert discovery. All Expert depositions shall be completed by this date. e. April 20, 2012: the Parties will file Motions for Summary Judgment.
