[PROPOSED] ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANT AND COUNTERCLAIM PLAINTIFF
APPLE INC.’S MOTION TO COMPEL RESPONSES TO APPLE’S
INTERROGATORIES NOS. 7 AND 12
Based on the arguments made in the parties’ filings and oral argument (if any), the Court
finds that Apple’s Interrogatories Numbers 7 and 12 seek relevant information which Apple is
entitled to discover. The Court therefore GRANTS Apple’s Motion to Compel Responses to
Apple’s Interrogatories Numbers 7 and 12. Accordingly, Motorola is hereby ORDERED to
supplement its responses to respond fully to these Interrogatories. Motorola shall provide its
supplemental responses within one week of the date of this Order.
