JOINT MOTION TO AMEND SCHEDULING ORDER
Apple, Inc. (“Apple”) and Motorola Solutions, Inc. and Motorola Mobility, Inc.
(“Motorola”) (collectively, the “Parties”) jointly move the Court to amend its December 19,
2011, Amended Scheduling Order (D.E. 206). In support of their Motion, the Parties state that:

The date for the close of expert discovery is currently set for April 13, 2012.

Under the current schedule, expert rebuttal reports are due two days later on April 15, 2012. To
allow the parties to conduct expert depositions after rebuttal reports are served, the parties
request the expert discovery deadline be moved to May 11, 2012.

The date for the filing of all dispositive motions is currently set for April 20,

To allow the parties sufficient time to prepare and file dispositive motions after

exchanging expert reports and after the close of expert discovery, the parties request this
deadline be moved to May 18, 2012.

The Parties’ proposal affects no other deadlines in this case.

The parties therefore request that the Court enter the amended scheduling order attached
as Exhibit A.
