Apple subpoena to Time Warner and Bright House
Hi David,
This is just to confirm our discussions today on the phone regarding the Apple subpoena to Time Warner and
BrightHouse. I understand that after further investigation, you now believe that Motorola is in possession of
information regarding what IPGs (brand and version) are installed on the Motorola Accused Set-Top Boxes and how
those IPGs are installed on the respective boxes (for the vast majority of STBs). Accordingly, you requested that I reach
out again to Motorola to obtain this information. I will seek this information directly from Motorola and will let you
know if Motorola again does not provide this information.
Thanks, Jason
