Before the Court is the Joint Motion to Vacate Deadlines in Scheduling Order filed by
Apple, Inc. (“Apple”) and Motorola Solutions, Inc. and Motorola Mobility, Inc. (“Motorola”).
This Court, having considered the motion and all other relevant factors, hereby GRANTS
the Motion. The following deadlines are hereby VACATED, as the parties meet and confer in
