Thanks. I’m out of town on April 15. I can re-set the deposition for April 8 or April
21. Please let me know before day’s end which date works best for you so that I can
re-notice the deposition. Also, please confirm whether I’ll need to secure the services

We sent a similar copy of this message to Rene Murai.  
Our client should be in Miami by the end of the month. We have kept our eye on the goal of possibly settling this matter 
so, if you are amenable, do not close out the case quite yet since it is likely that we shall require an additional mediation. 
According to the scheduling order, our mediation does not need to be complete until July 17, 2015.

Keeping the above in mind, please schedule the deposition for April 15, 2015. In any case, we shall inform you when are 
client arrives in the United States (within 24 hours).
