GOOGLE INC., a Delaware corporation, Defendant. _______________________________________/ ORDER GRANTING AGREED MOTION TO ALTER THE SCHEDULING ORDER RELATING TO DISCOVERY THIS CAUSE came before the Court upon the Parties' Agreed Motion to Alter the Scheduling Order Relating to Discovery ("Agreed Motion"). The Court having reviewed the motion and being advised that there is no opposition thereto, it is hereby ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the Agreed Order to Alter the Scheduling Order Relating to Discovery is GRANTED. The Parties shall have up to and including October 31, 2008 in which to complete fact discovery, except for the depositions of Sergey Brin and Larry Page, which if necessary pursuant to this Court's September 11, 2008 Order, shall be completed at a later date without prejudice pursuant to further Court order. The Parties shall have up to and including December 19, 2008 to complete expert discovery, complying with the terms of the expert discovery schedule agreed upon by the parties in the Agreed Motion. All other deadlines set forth in the Court's scheduling order shall remain in full force and effect.
