The grounds for this motion are as follows. Defendants timely filed the subject brief on April 5, 2010. In reviewing that brief, certain typographical errors were noticed, such as incorrect page numbers in the Table of Contents, punctuation and omitted or incorrect cites. For the Civil Action No. 1:08-CV-1425-ODE convenience of the Court and the parties, the Defendants hereby submit a corrected ATL_IMANAGE-6888231.1 brief. A "redline" copy showing the changes made is also provided so that all amendments are readily identified.
