[PROPOSED] SCHEDULING ORDER Upon review of the Parties' Joint Motion for Extension of Time for Joint Filing of Alleged Infringements and Pre-Trial Order, the Court orders that the Parties shall proceed according to the following schedule: (a) Joint Filing Counsel shall confer and jointly prepare an accurate and complete list of all alleged infringements from the 2009 Maymester, Summer 2009 term, and Fall 2009 term. The list shall include all information requested by this Court in its August 11, 2010 and August 12, 2010 orders, as well as the percentages of pages copied and distributed from each allegedly infringed work. agree to certain aspects of the information provided, the specific disagreements shall be noted. Such list shall be filed with this Court on April 1, 2011. (b) Pre-Trial Order The parties shall file a Pre-Trial Order with this Court on April 29, 2011.
