EXHIBIT A IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT NORTHERN DISTRICT OF GEORGIA ATLANTA DIVISION CAMBRIDGE UNIVERSITY PRESS, et al., Plaintiffs, Civil Action File No.1:08-CV-1425-ODE v. MARK P. BECKER, in his official capacity as Georgia State University President, et al., Defendants. [Proposed] ORDER FOR USE OF ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT At the motion of the Plaintiffs in the above-styled action, it is hereby ORDERED that said counsel may bring and use a Proxima projector, projector screen, laptop computers, ELMO visualizer, external hard drive, powered speakers, trial tables, cell phones (including camera phones), personal electronic devices and other electronic equipment, accessories and materials for use during the trial before Judge Evans scheduled to begin on Monday, May 16th, 2011. Said equipment may be brought to the courthouse beginning Friday, May 13, 2011 and continuing day to day until the conclusion of the trial.
