MOTION FOR ORDER ALLOWING DEFENDANTS TO BRING CERTAIN MULTIMEDIA EQUIPMENT TO COURT DURING TRIAL Defendants respectfully submit this Motion for an Order allowing them to use a multimedia presentation during the trial of this case to be held beginning Monday, May 16, 2011. As grounds for this motion Defendants state that, in order to facilitate the presentation of evidence during trial, Defendants would like to make use of laptop computers that will allow them to display materials through the use of the projector and projection screen in the courtroom. Defendants therefore respectfully move this Court for an Order: 1) allowing Defendants to publish materials through a projection system during trial beginning May 16, 2011; and 2) granting counsel for Defendants permission to bring laptop computers and related equipment into the United States District Court, Northern District of Georgia, Judge Orinda D. Evans’s Courtroom, on Monday, May 16, 2011, and to leave the building with the equipment at the conclusion of the trial. A Proposed Order is attached to this Motion as Exhibit A.
