DEFENDANTS’ MOTION FOR LEAVE TO FILE A SUR-REPLY IN
OPPOSITION TO PLAINTIFFS’ REQUEST FOR INJUNCTIVE RELIEF
Defendants respectfully request that this Court grant leave for Defendants to
file a sur-reply in opposition to Plaintiffs’ Request for Injunctive Relief.
Defendants request a sur-reply to respond to the arguments concerning
Defendants’ revised Copyright Policy raised by Plaintiffs in their reply brief.
Defendants submit that a sur-reply is consistent with this Court’s May, 2012 Order
providing Defendants’ an opportunity to respond to Plaintiffs’ arguments. See Dkt.
No. 423 at 339. Attached hereto as Exhibit A is a copy of Defendants’ Proposed
Sur-Reply.
